The Key to re-manufacturing a quality cylinder head is to start by carefully selecting only the best cores. These selected cores are then machined to exact tolerances. Valve guides are replaced with heavy duty manganese-bronze guides that are harder and more durable than original equipment. These guides are designed for extreme wear resistance and improved lubrication. Valve seats are resurfaced to original factory specs. Our heads are set up for unleaded use and are fully assembled with new exhaust and intake valves, ready for installation.
